Amazing skills and very friendly! We felt very welcome a lot of time and care was taken to ensure that the tattoo was perfect. At one point he said that someone had to take the needle from his hands or otherwise hรฉ would just keep on going like a true perfectionist. Really recommend a visit when coming to Luxembourg!
